Duty of Position

Responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Word of Life Ministries. Responsible for developing, equipping and training leaders and laypeople of performing their God given gifts and abilities.

 

 

Goals & Objectives

•Implement what God has given for the WOLM.

 

•Build a loyal and responsive team that fosters positive working relationships with all members.

 

•Promote an environment of diversity and belonging to all members in the WOLM.

 

•Establish and implement a process to communicate policy and direction to every member.

 

•Review, approve, and support WOLM programs.

 

•Establish an environment that promotes the value: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless-Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal  Courage.
